Suggested Use
Take 20-60 drops, 1-4 times daily. To support normal healthy menstrual cycle function, use Phytoest for the first two weeks and Phytoprogest for the second two weeks. Does not contain estrogen. (Note: Dropper included with 2 ounce size only.)
