Suggested Use
- Generally, a serving of 1-3 grams daily is recommended for immune support. Higher servings may be taken to support the immune system in response to more specific conditions. Or as directed by your health practitioner.
- AHCC can be taken with Papillex synergistically to support the body’s response to HPV. For HPV, clinical trials have shown benefit with 3g of AHCC daily (2 capsules three times a day or 3 capsules twice a day).
- If swallowing or taking supplements is a challenge, AHCC may also be taken with food.
