UltraPure Pack contains three caps of the UltraNutrient multivitamin/mineral complex. The important nutrients it contains include Metafolin L-5-MTHF which is a unique form of the B complex vitamin folate; it may be more easily absorbed and utilized than other types.

In addition the UltraPure Pack provides an additional 1000 IU of vitamin D3 to give you additional support for strong bones. Vitamin D3 is identical to the form your body naturally produces through exposure to unprotected sunlight--it's the most bioavailable.

Every UltraPure Pack also contains a fish oil softgel. Fish oil provides EPA and DHA which are essential omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids may support good memory cognitive functioning cardiovascular health vision and relief from mild inflammation.

Meanwhile the packets also contain CoQ10 a coenzyme that works to convert the food you eat into energy. Finally UltraPure Pack has reservatrol caps. Reservatrol is a polyphenol found in red wine that may promote heart health.
