Description
Our White Onion from China has a mild to moderate pungent flavor. It is not quite as sweet, and has a slightly more delicate flavor than yellow onion. White Onions are the traditional onion for Mexican cuisine, and are best for salsa, in the sautéed or stir-fried vegetables, white sauces, prepared salads, and on pizza.
Yellow and White Onion, whether powder, granules, chopped or minced is a great spice to have on hand in your pantry because it’s used in so many different recipes.
