Niacin which is also known as vitamin B3 is an essential nutrient with several physiological functions. For one thing it can promote the production of energy and metabolism of other nutrients since it is a predecessor to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). Niacinamide Vegetable Caps by Pure Encapsulations also contains alpha lipoic acid which works in tandem with niacin to support energy production.
In addition sufficient intake of niacin may contribute to healthy joints. Niacinamide may also promote increased joint flexibility.
Unlike other forms of niacin Niacinamide by Pure Encapsulations can provide its benefits without the embarrassing side effects. High usages of other types of niacin may result in flushing of the skin (i.e. facial redness).
