Suggested Use

Always start with a smidge! Take three softgels at once per day, or as directed by a certified healthcare practitioner. (See “low and slow” note below.)

For a smaller dose, puncture the capsule and administer the oil.

This is not recommended for children under the age of 2.

How to take: Smidge® Wheat Germ Oil is best taken with food. You can take this at any time of day, with a meal. Take the full recommended dosage at one time.

Start low and slow: Smidge® supplements are premium, pure and potent. Therefore, it's critically important to start slowly, with a lower dosage than recommended. For example, a very small dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what dosage feels right for you.

Warning: People taking blood-thinning drugs should avoid taking large doses of vitamin E. And, because Smidge® Wheat Germ Oil is minimally processed to preserve the natural nutrients, the oil may contain trace amounts of gluten and should be avoided by those with celiac disease and severe wheat allergies.* Contains wheat.
