Suggested Use
How to take each essence individually:
Take 2 drops of a single remedy directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.
How to make your personalized blend:
- Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach 30mL mixing bottle sold separately).
- Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.
- Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
Can be taken individually or as a blend – for best results, take for at least 14 days.
