Description
It's not always easy to eat the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables per day. Life happens! Garden Goodness helps you fill in the gaps with one serving of veggies and fruits, including organic kale. Garden Goodness also contains 100% or more of the Daily Value of 18 vitamins and minerals, plus high potency B-vitamins to help convert food into fuel. It's balanced for women to support cellular energy, heart health, bone health, eye health, hair, skin, and nails, and immune health. (1.4 gm vegetable and fruit blend per serving. Each 2 tablet serving provides the equivalence of 1 cup of leafy greens (volume before drying). ChooseMyPlate.gov recommends 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of veggies per day for a 2,000 calorie diet.)
