Description
Montiff’s Trypto-Plus provides the body with necessary co-factors for converting tryptophan to serotonin. Low serotonin levels have been associated with depression and sleep deprivation. Increases in serotonin have also been helpful in those on weight reduction regimens and Tryptophan also has an effect on pain tolerance.

Suggested Use
As a sleep aid, take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime, during the night if required, or as needed. If Serotonin deficiencies are noted in depression – and for anxiety and mood enhancement, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before dinner and 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. Take on empty stomach with fruit juice or water. Do not eat protein for 2 hours prior. If taking Tyrosine and Trypto-Plus, take 3 to 6 hours apart. If low Catecholamine are also involved, also take Montiff Neuro-Balance 2 – 30 minutes prior to breakfast & 2 mid-morning (or 30 minutes prior to lunch).
