Suggested Use

On training days, mix two (2) scoops in 12-16 oz. of water or a carbohydrate based post-workout beverage within 30 minutes of your workout. On non-training days, use one (1) scoop 1-3 times daily, in between or in addition to meals as a dietary supplement.
