This tea is an organic green tea adaptation of the classic English favorite. The vivid yellow infusion of this variety differs from Earl Grey Black Tea by delivering the characteristic Earl Grey flavor with lighter, smoother body and less astringency. It can be served hot with or without milk, sugar, or honey.

Pour 8 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
