D. L. Acidophilus + Pectin caps, provided by Douglas Laboratories, contain a synergistic blend of the beneficial microorganisms Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus for gastrointestinal health.

Douglas Labs' D. L. Acidophilus + Pectin Caps provide 100 mg of citrus pectin and 550 million CFU of Lactobacillus Acidophilus for potentially improved digestion.
Pectin is a fiber found in fruits and it can potentially improve digestive health by adding bulk to stools.
The pectin in Douglas Labs' D. L. Acidophilus + Pectin Caps can possibly reduce the discomfort caused by constipation. It does so by binding substances and adding bulk to potentially promote the healthy passing of stool in the digestive tract.
D. L. Acidophilus + Pectin caps may be useful for those who wish to support their intestinal microflora with meaningful amounts of beneficial microorganisms.
Adults take 1-2 caps 2 to 4 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Preferably taken with milk or whey.
To make yogurt, you may use 2 or more of these caps in milk, and proceed in the regular yogurt-producing manner.
