Douglas Labs' Cetyl Myristoleate supplies 500 mg of cetyl myristoleate complex in capsule form. Cetyl Myristoleate 500 mg is a capsule of fatty acids. The product is from beef tallow. This fatty acid product aids in joint health by reducing the inflammation. The fatty acids help to lubricate the joints and soften the tissues in the body while increasing the pliability of the muscles.
Cetylated fatty acids are a group of naturally occurring fats. They include cetyl myristoleate, cetyl myristate, cetyl palmitoleate, cetyl laureate, cetyl palmitate, and cetyl oleate. Cetyl myristoleate receives the most attention. Many products that contain cetyl myristoleate also contain a mixture of these other cetylated fatty acids.
