Krill-plex by Pure Encapsulations provides krill oil in softgel capsule form. Krill is a tiny, shrimp-like animal found in oceans. Its oil contains omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in highly beneficial natural proportions. These fatty acids are essential for optimal health as they provide various benefits but the body can not make them. They must be obtained through food or as supplement.
