EFA Essentials is a Triglyceride-form fish oil and borage oil blend and a potent source of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids providing EPA, DHA and GLA. These fatty acids have several important roles to play in the general health of the body such as maintaining and promoting cardiovascular, joint, eye and skin health.
EPA, DHA and GLA provide skin, joint and eye health through a broad spectrum of mechnism involving cytokine balance, protease activity, immune mediator activity and blood flow.
